1. ____ Persnickety’s accepts items in LIKE-NEW condition only! PLEASE GO THROUGH YOUR ITEMS AT HOME! Accounts requiring excessive maintenance WILL BE CHARGED accordingly. (Ask for a Helpful Hints page for details on quality, or visit the Helpful Hints page on persnicketysllc.com.)
2. ____ Clothing must be brought in either:
   1. On hangers OR
   2. Folded NEATLY in Rubbermaid containers (given back to you AFTER items are processed) OR
   3. Folded NEATLY in cardboard boxes.
   Items will NOT be accepted in garbage bags! Do NOT bring items in loosely.
3. ____ Accepted items will be for sale in the consignor’s name for at least 60 days and will go through a series of sales. Items not sold after 60 days will become the property of Persnickety’s. (Holiday/late season items may be clearanced earlier than the 60 days. Exception: Formal wear.)
4. ____ Consignor receives 40% of selling price; Persnickety’s receives 60% of selling price. (Formal wear exception: consignor receives 50% of selling price; Persnickety's receives 50%.) NOTE: Accounts requiring excessive maintenance WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
5. ____ Consignor accounts will be updated on the 1^st and 15^th of each month. Please limit checking your account to twice monthly.
6. Please indicate your preferred method of receiving payment:
   1. ____ I will pick up my money in the store from time to time.
   2. ____ Please mail me a check each month that my account balance is over $20. (There is a $1.00 fee for mailing checks.)
7. ____ Consignor warrants that he/she has complete ownership of the merchandise consigned and that the goods are free of lien or other claims and are saleable.
8. ____ Consignor understands that Persnickety’s is not responsible for loss or damage to said merchandise by fire, theft, accident, or any other cause.
